Goal And Objectivies

  • To make a system which will enable quality and catalytic improvement in education and services to mankind.
  • To create a quality culture.
  • To channelize the efforts and measures of the institution towards excellence in academic, research and outreach activities.
  • Collaborative activities with other institutions and organizations in India and abroad.
  • To become a potential vehicle for ushering in quality by working out intervention strategies to remove deficiencies and enhance quality.

STRATEGIES

  • To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
  • To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

Curriculum Delivery

  • To assess the level of attainment of vision and mission, PEOs, POs once a year and COs once in 6 months for all programmes.
  • To conduct academic audits for all programmes at least once a year

Staff Development

  • To organize a training programmes for new teaching faculty and for those who require additional training.
  • To organize at least one common Faculty Training programme per year for the supporting staff

Teaching–Learning Process

  • To review student performance in IAT tests for all Courses within a weeks of completion of the Exam.
  • To attain 100% utilization of the digital learning platforms (Moodle/Digital library/smart class rooms) by all teaching faculty.
  • To register and complete at one FDP/industrial training (not less than 5 days) by all teaching faculty per year.
  • To appoint two adjunct faculty from industry for every programme.

Co-Curricular Activities

  • To organize one international conference every years.
  • To conduct coaching classes for national/State level competitive exams like GPAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, MOH etc and to ensure that students clear the exams successfully

Extracurricular Activities

  • To Periodically carryout extra-curricular activities through NSS, YRC and other Clubs.
  • To achieve medals at the national/international level sports and culturals.

Placement

  • To achieve 95% campus placement of eligible & interested candidates by month of August every year.

R&D, Industry- Institute Interaction, Continuing Education, Consultancy, Incubation

  • To sign MoUs or enter into collaborations with a minimum total of ten industries and hospital for mutually-beneficial interaction.
  • To achieve R& D grants and revenue generation through consultancy, training and testing services etc. Accreditation.

Accreditation

To get NAAC accreditation for the UG & PG programmes B. PHARM, M. PHARM & PHARM.D in 2023.

 

IQAC Functions

  • Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
  • Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process.
  • Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
  • Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education.
  • Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
  • Documentation of the various programmes / activities leading to quality improvement.
  • Acting as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices.
  • Development and maintenance of institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining /enhancing the institutional quality.
  • Development of Quality Culture in the institution.
  • Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC, to be submitted to NAAC.
